<p><span style="color:#000">How can I change my order?</span></p>
<p>You can send changes to info@lmaffair.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.</p>

<p><span style="color:#000">How do you charge sales tax?</span></p>
<p>Sales tax is charged only to states where LMaffair has a physical presence. Currently this includes:</p>
<p>New York: 4.375% will be applied to all garments of $110 or more;<br />
Tax Free under $110</p>
<p><span style="color:#000">What if the item I want is sold out?</span></p>
<p>Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you would like to order, and we do not plan on restocking the item you will not be permitted to complete the transaction.</p>
<p><span style="color:#000">What is your shipping policy?</span></p>
<p>All domestic orders are shipped via <span class="caps">USPS</span> with delivery confirmation. Rates have been pre- determined based on weight and destination. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 10:30am est will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Shipment progress can be tracked on usps.com with a <span class="caps">USPS</span> tracking number. LMaffiar holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.</p>
<p><span style="color:#000">Do you ship internationally?</span></p>
<p>Yes. International orders are shipped via <span class="caps">USPS</span> express mail international or first class international. Due to past issues we can only offer <span class="caps">USPS</span> express mail international shipping to Italy Lithuania, and Greece. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination and are calculated during the second step of checkout. Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days and first class international times vary according to destination. Progress of express shipments can be tracked on usps.com with a <span class="caps">USPS</span> tracking number. LMaffair cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.</p>
<p><span style="color:#000">Where do you ship from?</span></p>
<p>All orders are processed and shipped from Brooklyn.</p>
<p><span style="color:#000">What is your return/exchange policy?</span></p>
<p>At this time LMaffair does not provide refunds. We will be happy to exchange your purchase, we just ask that you cover the additional shipping costs. All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. The exchange procedure is as follows:</p>

1. Send an exchange request to info@lmaffair.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned.<br/>
2. Indicate size and style you would like to exchange your returned item for.<br/>
3. After we have confirmed your request please send the original garment to: <br/><br/>

4. After confirmation LMaffair will also send you a paypal invoice for the new item’s shipping charges.<br/>

<p>Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed, and unaltered. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, LMaffair has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.</p>
<p>LMaffair will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.</p>
